Domestic Wholesale Shipping Policies

ϟ Free Ground Shipping for Domestic Orders Over $500 ϟ

Who doesn't love free shipping? Get your cart subtotal to $500 or more, and we'll cover ground shipping for you. Once you hit the $500 threshold, a Free Ground Shipping option is automatically available upon checkout!


Zeus ships via USPS and/or UPS. Your order will be shipped using one of these carriers and the determination will be made at the time your order is packaged for shipment. We choose the carrier based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Shipping Times:

Depending on the size of the order, most orders will require 1 - 2 business days to package and fulfill. Orders typically take between 3 to 5 business days to arrive, but can take up to 10 business days depending on the items ordered and the final destination of the order. On rare occasions circumstances such as weather, labor disputes, or other situations beyond our reasonable control do occur. Zeus and/or Newport Apothecary are not responsible for orders delayed to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Tracking Numbers:

You will be emailed a tracking number when your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the package to be scanned and the information to show up in the carrier's system.

Damaged Orders:

International Wholesale Shipping Policies

International Shipping Disclosure

Please be advised, we do not offer free shipping on international delivery addresses. An updated invoice will be sent to the buyer with the additional shipping and handling fee. If you have a freight forwarding agent in the states, we will ship it to the address and honor the free domestic shipping on orders $500+. When placing an international order, the recipient is considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of their destination. Any order shipped outside of the United States is considered an international order. The recipient may be subject to such import taxes, custom duties and fees when the shipment arrives at the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.
